Dr. Aloyse van Roddenstein (often referred to simply as Rodney) is a super-villain scientist from the animated TV series Phineas and Ferb. He is a recurring villain on the series and occassionally appears in the background and often acts as a rival for Dr. Doofenshmirtz. He is voiced by Joe Orrantia.
