Alexander Bolan was a UNSC Marine that served during the Neex War. He appeared in the second level of Halo 3:Fight for Sangheilios. Bolan is a combat ally and is average in combat. However, during the mission, he must be kept alive as he carries a data packet that must be destroyed before the Neex can acquire it. At the end of the level, Bolan sacrifices himself by leaping into an incinerator. The data would be instantly destroyed, resulting in the Neex attacking a larger Sangheili keep, which in turn results in a fierce battle to fight the Neex off of Sanghelios.
