Checker (Chequer in the British version) is a character appearing in Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. He runs the Toy Shop in the central part of Chinatown. He is one of the many who enjoy toy cars. In fact, he gives Layton and Luke a toy car course. This course is called Gold Grab. He tells Professor Layton that Dylan also enjoys playing with Toy Cars.
