Agent Chase Lopes was an assassin in the Department of Mary Sues. She was briefly partnered with Nate when his partner was sick, and was written by Gabrielle. Chase was an ex-Sue from the Wheel of Time continuum. She was a wolfsister to Perrin, an Aes Sedai who created a sa'angreal, and able to see everything invisible (an ability which stayed with her after de-Suification, so that she was able to see Nate). As part of being de-Sued by Upstairs, she turns into something random every time she touches saidar, and has been strongly advised not to do so unless absolutely necessary.
