Pair of bank robbers make there next stop in Gotham City, where they meet their match by the Caped Crusader and The Boy Wonder. When their capture was imminent, they holed up in a chemical plant and planned to blow themselves and half of Gotham up. Batman and Robin saved them, giving them exactly what they didn't want, imprisonment.
