Joseph Frank Littlemore (born. April 23rd 1964-died. November 27th 2010) is an American musician, most notably the lead singer, Actor is Fisher Smith Jones (Live-Action Film), and longest running member of American metal band Stagnant. Frank passed away from brain cancer on November 27th 2010, he was 46 years old.
