[Source] Signal jammer Delta was the designation of a signal jammer used by the Mantellian Separatist Movement during the civil war on the planet Ord Mantell. The jammer was set up along with two others, signal jammers Alpha and Beta, in the small settlement known as Drelliad Village which the Separatists controlled for a period during the war. Here it was used to block transmissions between Republic Army forces assaulting the village and Fort Garnik, the nearby Republic military stronghold. One of the Republic soldiers sent to capture Drelliad, Sergeant Blyes, discovered the blocking of his transmissions and searched for a way to disable the jammers.
