Vatch is a Cabal Psion ultra who appears at the end of the Dust Palace Strike on Mars. He is a Psion Flayer who is a part of the Ice Reapers detachment. The Psion Flayers also include Numoc and Kolar. They were able to overcome Rasputin and freeze Mars' moon, Phobos, in place.
