Cindy Vogels is an Australian headwear designer who founded her own brand, The Devoted Milliner in 2012 and started in January 2013 as a groovy street wear label and sold to an alternate style boutique on the Gold Coast, before later Studying Fashion Design and retail management. After 3 of her customised pieces placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd at the same event at a Melbourne Cup Luncheon in 2012.
