Peter Malloy is a member of the British Royal Navy. In addition, Malloy's real name is later revealed to be "Elston Harkin" with NCIS Forensic Scientist Abigail Sciuto also discovering that Malloy/Harkin is actually an undercover agent for MI6, the British secret service agency. After being framed, Malloy/Harkin enlisted the NCIS Major Case Response Team led by NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs to help clear his name.
