Terry Stinson appears in Boy in the Time Capsule. He is utterly flabberghasted to discover that Alex is not genetically his child, but recovers quickly to tell both the investigators and his wife Janelle that "Alex is my son.". Terry comes across as having suffered very few setbacks in life, which makes his rapid recovery from this tremendous psychological blow all the more impressive.
