Gregory Norman Johnston (born January 14, 1965 in Barrie, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman. He played 187 games in the NHL, most of them for the Boston Bruins, but also a few for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He played junior hockey for the Toronto Marlboros from 1982 to 1985 and was chose 42nd overall by the Boston Bruins in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft. Johnston also played for the gold medal-winning Canadian team at the 1985 World Junior Championship. While still a junior Johnston played in 21 games for the Bruins and scored 2 goals and 1 assist.
