Boyd Rickson, owner of Rickson's Robes, was a businessman who did a deal set-up with Tony Gordon for Underworld to supply a job-lot of knickers. After Tony’s arrest, the order was completed by Carla Connor and Nick Tilsley when Tony had been imprisoned for the murder of Liam Connor. The order was completed at the last minute due to a leaking roof in the factory and the staff worked flat out to complete the assignment. However, such was their speed that the work was shoddy with piping “all over the place” and bows missing. He walked out the factory in front of the stunned staff telling them that he was taking his business elsewhere.
