Bill Cord was an associate with "Klein-Hoffman and Associates." He was hired by Oliver Barrows to locate Margaret Ellen Barrows who had been missing since she was seventeen months old. Bill produced Kelly Garrett as Margaret. Bill fell in love with both Kelly and Kris. Without the Angels knowing it, he was spending time being intimate with them both. He said that he sincerely loved them both and could not choose between them. Bill was murdered by Glenn Staley.
