Journey to the Windspear Hills is a side quest that appears in Shadows of Amn campaign. it can be started by talking to Lord Jierdan Firkraag at Copper Coronet in Slum area, who requests you to journey to the Windspear Hills. After the initial battle, if you have Anomen or Keldorn in party they will reveal the ogres to be paladins. This quest eventually gets merged with Rescue Garren's child from Firkraag, both of which are prerequisite for Paladin Stronghold Duties for Paladin protagonists.
