R.C. Christian is an obvious pseudonym and many believe that R.C. Christian might have been a Roman Catholic Christian or possibly a Rosicrucian and that he had the guidestones built as a "Ten Commandments of the New World Order". The mysterious individual published a book about the guidestones in 1990 called Common Sense Renewed which he wrote under the name Robert Christian. In the book he admits that he was part of a secret society, but the question still remains. Which one?
