The Fragments of the Moon Disc are four artifacts that can be found in Might & Magic: Heroes VI. They are used to create the Moon Disc, a relic that allows the hero to cast Summon Phoenix. Creating the Moon Disc is an objective in the fourth mission of the Necropolis Campaign.
