Tullaris of Har Ganeth is the leader of the Dark Elf Executioners. He is the sadistic and terrifying punisher of the Witch King as well as the loyal servant of his master Crone Hellebron. To the High Elves he is known as Drakiur, the Dread-bringer. His name alone is enough to cause droves of refugees to flee from his wake.
