Dean Donegal is an ordinary man with a fairly menial job, but, to the bad guys of "Murder Most Fowl", he has one outstanding feature - his janitorial pass-card for the offices of a rich, prestigious firm on the 39th floor. His son Tyler is kidnapped to compel his co-operation from some ex-Wall Street people led by bond trader Robert Kincaid, an abduction which encompasses the killing of "Light Bulb Len."
