The Cheshire dress is one of Alice Liddell's outfits available as DLC. It is the only dress that changes Alice's skin color and only one of two dresses which gives her abnormal head-quality – her pierced feline ears. The dress' in-game effect is prohibiting enemies from dropping Roses.
