I'm starting the discussion here for the creation of the quotes policy. Once we've finalized one we can archive this on it's own where it can be accessed easily. This was mini-discussed in Forum:Pairings and there are old stale discussions at Forum:Quotes, Romanji, and Naming and Forum:Quotes.
