Virgil was in detox at St. Mark's Hospital due to drug problems. During Day 1 his brother Ben tried to sneak in some drugs for him. Ben was stopped by Claude Davenport of Hospital Security and Jack Bauer, who thought Ben was a threat to Janet York. ("5:00am-6:00am")
