A Rushroom is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a curative item that restore Link's health by refilling half a Heart Container. Link can cook with it and with other ingredients to produce various dishes which temporarily increase movement speed, such as the Hasty Mushroom Skewer.
