The Cloister can be reached through either of two observation doors at the Data Centre. To unlock these doors, the party must complete all the quests in Agniratha and obtain the Cloister Key from the Capital Control Terminal. There is an Ether Gear on the south pathway to the Cloister which produces Bleed Plus IV and Quick Step IV ether crystals.
