The Minoshroom is the only mini-boss of the Twilight Forest mod. It is found at the end of the Labyrinth, surrounded by its Minotaur minions. The Minoshroom appears to be a Mooshroom with a human torso and a Mooshroom head. It is found in a pen of fences, however, giving the player an oppurtunity to fight it without damage (assuming the entrance to the chamber of blocked off to stop Minotaurs from venturing in). The Minoshroom will stay in place for a while, but then will charge quickly at the player, dealing a full 7 hearts of damage without armor with its mighty Minotaur Axe.
