Confrontation Between Gibbs, Fornell and Derrick Archer is a confrontation that occurred in March 2011 in which NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs and FBI agent Tobias Fornell confronted EMT Derrick Archer over Archer's involvement in the murders of Navy Lieutenant Patrick Casey and Archer's own wife, FBI Agent Elizabeth Archer.
