Geften was an highly skilled tracker in the service of Raybur the King of the Dwarves. Eight years before the Second War of the Races, he discovered a secret pass out from the bottleneck between the Pass of Jade and Pass of Noose. He was to use this knowledge in the Second War to help the Dwarven armies slow down the Northland forces of the Warlock Lord. Geften was used frequently by the king to help and assist in the laying out and tracking of passages out for the freedom to maneuver for his armies.
