The Treaty of Warsaw, known as the Warsaw Treaty, is an international agreement signed by the 26 member states of the European Union on 14 January, 2011 in Warsaw; the capital city of Poland. The treaty formally agreed that the European Union would reform into a Federal Union not dissimilar to the United States, and officially entered into force on 1 July, 2011 between the 25 member states, and the federalized European Union was born.
