The Treaty Recording System was a device used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic to record their treaty agreements. A standard looking holorecorder was mounted on a gyro-stabilized tripod. Any image recorded by the system was processed through a combination of RTZ security filters and the recorded on a WORM chip to ensure that the data could not be modified.
