In 43.5 ABY, a group of Jedi and media representatives arrived with a document giving them permission to visit the Horns. Ke'e was instructed by Security Captain Atar to allow only the Jedi access to the Horns, but the Jedi neglected her instructions, ensuring that the press accessed the Horns as well.
