The If It Were Up to Board 8 tournament is a contest taking place during the time there is a Spring Contest or Summer Contest, starting with the Summer 2005 Contest. The goal of the tournament is to see if Board 8 really votes much differently than the rest of GameFAQs. In addition, there is no bracket voting in the tournament (predictions are never open). The tournament runs parallel to the real GameFAQs tournament, right down to starting at the same time. Zachnorn runs the tournament, although WVI claims to have done a similar tournament in the past.
