The Grand Imperial court was the highest court of law in the Empire and composed the judicial branch of the Empire. The Grand Imperial court was located on Dol Gara near the Royal Palace of Darkness and the Imperial Senate dome. During cases that did not involve Sith crimes the Judge, was a Selkath named Mashus. In cases that involved the Sith, a Sith Lord that was strong in the mind was chosen to judge the case. Darth Matas was the Grand Judge during the Chiss War.
