Pascal summons the Spirit of Wind, Grim Sylphie, in front of her in a pillar of wind arcs. The Spirit then conjures a green whirlwind accompanied by a series of spiraling wind arcs upon the enemy. She then rises into the air, disappearing and leaving a column of spiraling wind behind her. This arte is effective against birds, and under the effects of the "Red Charge", it is especially effective against insects and nova enemies.
