Andreas Katsulas was an American film and television from Missouri who had a wide variety of roles in film and television, though he was best known for his recurring parts in science fiction series, as Commander Tomalak in Star Trek: The Next Generation and as Citizen G'Kar in Babylon 5. Outside of sci-fi, he was also known as the infamous "1-Armed Man" in the 1993 film The Fugitive. He died of lung cancer in 2006.
