Sam Fischer was a surgeon working for Bureau 713. He was involved in the dissection of the captured James Pinkerton, under the supervision of Commander Richard Burke and discovered that there was a small alien-like creature embedded on Pinkerton's dorsal spine. He was also the husband of Sarah Fischer.
