This technique involves the calming of one's mind, body and spirit, often through meditiation (thus the Zen part). The storm part of the name refers to what happens afterwards, as through meditation and alining one's self with the wind, it boosts the lethality and general power of wind release moves. This can also be applied to other wind users through physical contact, such as placing the palm of your hand on their forehead.
