Shinsei Nakano (中野 新星, Nakano Shinsei) is a member of the Nakano Clan and the son of Seigō Nakano. Being a Shinobi hailing from Yamataikoku, he possess incredible amount of potential which is so great that even his elder sister Suraisā Nakano has complemented him.
