George was a flirty former rugby physio who attended the annual Hotten Hornets veterans lunch at The Grange B&B in January 2017. Chas and Charity Dingle turned up at the B&B expecting a room full of fit rugby players and were shocked that no one was bellow pension age. George approached Chas and Charity and Chas asked what position George played. He explained he was the physio and offered them a free consultation. Despite Charity's objections, Chas and Charity stayed and Chas danced with George. After a talking to by the B&B proprietor Eric Pollard, Charity also go up and danced with George. Drunken Chas and Charity dragged the team back to their pub The Woolpack, where George flirted with Diane Sugden and danced with Victoria Barton.
