Keegan Xanver is a big enemy to Wiz Tech. He once tricked Phineas into the dark side. Phineas did fall for it, but then notices it's a trick and refuses. He is as mischievous as Phineas, but not stubborn. Just mischievous. His only friend is Heloise Hitherthorns, the female counterpart of him.
