The USS Abraham Lincoln (NCC-71187) (also referred to as the Abe Lincoln or the Lincoln) was a Galaxy-class large exploration cruiser on active duty in Starfleet from the late 24th century. (Bait and Switch) The Lincoln was presumably named for the 19th century Human politician who was the 16th President of the United States on Earth.
