Tri-Thunder (トライサンダー Torai Sandā?) is the Special Weapon that Mega Man X obtains from Squid Adler in Mega Man X5. When equipped with this weapon, X shoots three electric arcs - up, forward, and down - and when they touch the wall, they crawl along it as ball lightning. When charged, X generates a storm of six random lightning bolts across the screen, the first bolt always generated where X is. This weapon is the primary weakness for Izzy Glow, Shadow Devil, Rangda Bangda W's red eye, and Sigma's first form.
