Comrade Vlad is a high ranking member of the Socialist Reformist Party, and among it's founding members. Comrade Vlad has been the party's candidate for president in every electio they have participated. Vlad has made it to the second round several times, but has never actually won the presidental election. Getting older, it is rumoured that he is growing tired of not being elected president.
