When twin brothers Zack and Matthew Collins are brought across, their mutual telepathy is seen by the Enforcers' leader, Marius, as the first step in their master's move on his position with the Council. After he kills her, the twins take shelter with a group of homeless people, only to accidentally out the whole vampire race when a television crew films them flying to rescue people from a fire.
