Strika is big, bad, and very clever. As the leader of the Straxus Brigade, she has to be. Most of the others would depose her and claim the spot of Megatron's right hand. Strika is utterly loyal to the Decepticon cause, and in turn to Megatron. When bot's see Strika rumbling towards themon the battlefield, they tun and run. Strik also has aconsort, in the form of Lugnut, the only bot on the team she respects. She is killed by Ultra Magnus, when he crushes her chest with is bare hands.
