Minoru Inaba (稲葉いなば実みのる Inaba Minoru, born on November 8, 1951) is a Japanese seiyū from Shizuoka Prefecture. He is affiliated with Ken Production. Inaba is best known for his roles in Disney productions (as Dale), Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory (as Villy Gradoll), Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (as Buzz Lightyear), and The Transformers (as Cyclonus and Razorclaw). He did the voice of Randionel Saillune in the first anime season, as well as that of Philionel El Di Saillune from Slayers TRY onwards, replacing Masahiro Anzai.
