Hailey enjoys spending her spare time in the local dog park to meet some loveable puppies and while she seems like a kind person and a hopeless romantic, she is much more interested in the dogs themselves rather than staying in a relationship with their owners. She works in the Medical career as an Organ Donor, without any skills. Hailey is good friends with her two sisters, Jazlyn Parrott and Alani Shepherd.
