The Death Rider design, as stated by its creator, takes inspirational cues from Neon Genesis Evangelion. The aircraft bears a blue/gray camouflage in most of the airframe. At the intake and cockpit area, the camouflage appears to have peeled off, exposing the Eagle's inner "dermis", as well as a ribcage and the aircraft's internal components, or organs, within. The nose area's steel coating appears as having completely melted off, thus exposing the Death Rider's skull. The tail has an FF-108 tailcode, and is adorned with a matching variation of the Warwolf Squadron's insignia, displaying the Grim Reaper wearing an oxygen mask.
