A Place in the Sun is a soul single sung by the American singer Stevie Wonder. The single was written by Ron Miller and Bryan Wells and took out the ninth place on the Billboardchart, his third top-tienhit since 1963. The single was covered several times by, among other things, Engelbert Humperdinck, The Supremes & The Temptations with "Diana Ross & The Supremes Join The Temptations" and The Gabe Dixon Band. In addition it was in the movie Charlotte's Web use. Stevie Wonder also made an Italian version of the song, called "Il Sole è di Tutti".
