Born on the Mid-Rim world of Naboo, Jar Jar Binks joined the Galactic Navy at the onset of the Clone Wars 32 BBY serving on board the Dreadnaught Dream of Coruscant as a gunner. During the first phase of the Clone Wars, Jar Jar Binks served under the command of the legendary Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn. During Darth Vader’s raid on the Jedi Temple, Binks helped evacuate the younglings at a great personal risk. To his great surprise and heartache, Jar Jar learned the identity of Darth Vader just before his life was snuffed out by the Sith Lord.
