Michael Kinsley (played by Scott Burkholder) was an FBI agent who was to attend a teamwork seminar with Carla Stonecypher. They were going to one with Fox Mulder and Dana Scully when they stopped and inadvertently became involved with an investigation of the disappearance of Michael Asekoff and several other people in the area. Kinsley had a positive disposition that he credited the teamwork seminars for, including one he and Stonecypher attended where they had to build towers out of office furniture. (TXF: "Detour")
